Parents are expected to attend all the PTM’s scheduled by the school.
Parents are expected to be well mannered, warm & courteous towards teachers, school staff, drivers and the conductors.
Parents are requested to visit the school/reception only on the stipulated time.
Parents are not allowed to contact the school staff on their personal contact numbers or visit their homes under any circumstances.
If the parents wish to meet school staff they must contact the school to seek prior appointment.
Admission Process
Admission is open to all children irrespective of caste, creed, religion or region according to rules of St. Warriors School.
Admission for Nursery, L.K.G & U.K.G. classes will be on ‘First Come, First serve Basis’. Admission for class 1 onwards is based on the performance of the student in “Bench Mark Test” to be conducted by the school authorities.
Admission for class 9 onwards is based on the performance of the student in “Bench Mark Test” to be conducted by the school authorities.
Fill the admission form completely and submit it in the school office within 15 days from the registration including holidays otherwise child has to be re-registered.
Attach all the mentioned documents with the admission form and deposit the admission fee at the counter.
Note:
Admission in all classes is subjected to the availability of the seats.
Incomplete admission forms shall not be entertained.
The age of the child must be according to the guidelines of department of child welfare.
Documents to be attached
8 recent passport size photographs of the ward.
4 recent passport size photographs of each parent.
Photocopy of birth certificate duly attested and issued by the competent authority as proof of age.
Transfer certificate, in case child seeks admission in class 1 or above from the school last attended (original).
